On the basis of many years of cooperation with many Czech and Slovak firms, we are capable of providing deliveries of individual parts, manufacturing of which uses technology of Machining, Sheet metal working, including Welding, Forming, and subsequently can use various technology of Heat treatment or Surface treatment. Our strong point mainly includes deliveries of parts in small and medium series. We also offer the possibility of manufacturing the parts to storage on the basis of a blanket order and then gradually delivering as required by the customer.

Pro výrobu součástí zajistíme nákup surového materiálu s certifikátem. Při výrobě dílů úzce spolupracujeme s výrobcem při návrhu výrobní dokumentace, výrobních pomůcek a zejména kontrolních postupů, tak aby byla zajištěna 100% kvalita výroby. Na kontrolním pracovišti se souřadnicovým měřícím strojem Zeiss jsou součásti před balením kontrolovány a následně expedovány nebo uloženy do skladu.

Deliveries just-in-time

We own storage areas for storage of a sufficient amount of parts in order to be capable of delivering within short delivery terms and quickly responding to the customer’s requirements. On the customer’s request, we pack the goods and subsequently ensure transport to the customer including clearance.
